Abbotsford Christian School is currently accepting applications for the position of FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. This position is full-time, salaried, and will commence immediately.As a member of the ACS Administrative Office, the Financial Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Finance and works collaboratively with the ACS Admin Team. The Financial Administrative Assistant manages all accounts payables, accounts receivables, and monthly financial reporting for ACS. RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:Monthly internal reporting of payables, receivables, GST, and bank reconciliationsManage all tuition/tuition relief administration and collection for all students.Prepares tuition receipts.Office support including banking, filing, storage, invoicing, and collection of charitable donation receipts. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in bookkeeping or accountingDetail-oriented, excellent organization skills, a self-starter, able to multi-task and problem-solvePossesses enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, accuracy, and confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Experience working for a large school or non-profit in a role related to financial management assistance A positive collaborator Salary Range (depending on qualifications and experience): from $46,000 – $59,000.
