This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 2-3 days per weekRole SummaryAs the Manager of Project Delivery, you are responsible for managing all aspects of select initiatives in the Digital Transformation portfolio while supporting the maturing of project portfolio management at Eminence. You will support project discovery, scoping, and planning and ensures that projects/programs are completed successfully, realizing the target objectives and benefits. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Transformation.This role will evolve to have direct and indirect reports, including project managers, coordinators and analysts.ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the discovery and implementation of major Digital/Business Transformation initiatives.Ensure project/program objectives and milestones are clearly defined and attainable.Determine, coordinate and schedule project/program deliverable completion while ensuring adherence to established milestones.Ensure plans are sequenced, prioritized, and aligned with resources, team objectives and technical standards.Ensure appropriate project/program artifacts outline status, milestones, completion estimates, scope, resource allocation, budget, risks, stakeholder & change management, benefit realization, etc.Source and procure contracts with subcontractors and suppliers necessary to complete projects/programs.Oversee external partners and manage execution to ensure projects/programs are completed on time and within budget and achieve the overall benefits.Establish metrics against which project/program success will be assessed and ensure the project meets the stakeholders' expectations.Offer conceptual, logical, and data-driven reasoning, organize work effectively and provide leadership in challenging situations to ensure minimal interruptions to the execution.Support the Director of Digital Transformation in establishing and rolling out best practices for project, program and portfolio management, including intake, business casing, approval, portfolio governance, regular prioritization & portfolio re-balancing, initiative roadmap management, and related reporting.Support the standardization and adoption of common project, program and portfolio management tools, artifacts and processes across the organization.Set up and enable forums to allow sharing of Project Management best practices and support the growth and development of Project Managers, Analysts and other project resources.Perform people management responsibilities for direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, offboarding, team development & engagement, communication, capacity planning, etc.Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to Project Managers, Project/Business Analysts, Workstream Leads and other project/program resources that report directly or indirectly to this role.Qualifications8+ years of experience in Project Management required, working on technology and business transformation projects.3+ years of people management experience, leading a project management or related function, is required.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from an accredited institution is required.Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification and/or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Certification are preferred.
