We are looking for an administrative agent to work for our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux. The candidate selected will have various administrative processes such as customer service, customer credits, Excel reports. This person will also offer support to sales and produce certain reports. They may have other tasks that to assist with various departments. Advantages Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Salary $45,000,-50,000$ Dental Insurance Supplementary Health Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance Corporate Events Stock Options Employee Assistance Program On-Site Parking Casual Dress Bagels and Coffee on occaision Close team Responsibilities - Handle incoming calls, various administrative tasks -Management and approval of credits - Data entry and administrative follow-up of payroll - Knowledge of the CNESST program - Prepares various reports, updates various files and performs data analysis as required - Performs all other tasks related to the job Qualifications Experience in data entry Experience in Excel Experience in the hardware industry is an asset Knowledge of As400 software an asset Ability to manage several mandates at the same time Dynamism, rigor and flexibility at work Communication and teamwork skills Bilingual (French and English) If interested in this position or know someone who would be a good fit.
