Must be able to meet the requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Canadian government security clearances. Key Areas of Responsibility: Provision of integrated logistics support (ILS) expertise for various projects through the performance of various analyses, including: Logistics support analysis (LSA) Sparing Analysis Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) Obsolescence and Lifecycle Cost (LCC) Analysis Review and/or write ILS analysis reports; ensure that reports and deliverables are technically accurate. Prepare publication changes and revisions by researching engineering drawings, technical specifications, equipment catalogs, and other source data as required. Review Technical Data Packages (TDP) to ensure that technical data reflects the latest system/equipment configuration, and that data is accurately indexed and identified. Support Systems & Project Engineering/Program Management with technical problem resolution, technical accuracy reviews, and design. Support evaluation of ILS proposals from vendors. Communication and collaboration with customers on technical data support issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Competencies Demonstrated knowledge of applicable military standards and specifications, such as MIL-PRF-49506, MIL-STD-1388, MIL-STD-973, as applicable to the aerospace industry. Demonstrated working knowledge of Aircraft Systems and Airworthiness/Safety related issues. Demonstrated knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288-2008 Systems Engineering - System Life Cycle Processes Strong Microsoft Office skills (including high proficiency in Excel and Access) Education University Degree/Diploma (Engineer/Technologist) in a technical field related to aviation discipline including mechanical, electrical, electronic, or equivalent. Experience 10+ years’ relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in Integrated Logistics Support. Experience with the production, management and acquisition of the Technical Data Package including technical publications, documentations, engineering drawings and associated lists.
