Only hiring from Ontario, who are able to travel to the location.

$150 Hiring Bonus (after passing 3 months probation period)

Essential Duties: Table service, drinks service, bartending, event serving and food running.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write fluent English.

2. Previous service experience

Responsibilities :

• Deliver friendly and timely service to customers.
• Solid knowledge of all menu items including food and beverage.
• Efficient and accurate use of the POS system.
• Opening and closing duties as outlined.
• Have knowledge of a range of bar tools and techniques.
• Prepare drinks according to customer preference.
• Check identification of customers served to ensure that they are at least 19 years old.
• Offer customers appetizers and other food items.
• Maintain orderliness of the bar while keeping it stocked with ice, beer, mixers, and the like.
• Restock bar tools and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Take care of customer payment.
• Keep customer information confidential.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must be Smart Serve Certified Bar and liquor knowledge is an asset. At least 1 year of serving or bartending experience is required. Legal age to serve alcohol
