Parts Support

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Parts Support position. In this position, you will use your customer focus to offer solutions and support to Elmer’s customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Maintain positive dealer relationships
• Answer phone inquires
• Enter sales orders
• Picking and packaging orders for shipping
• Monitor parts inventory levels
• On-call rotation for parts and product support calls on evenings and weekends

We’re Looking For :

• Positive and professional communication
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work overtime and on-call hours
• Able to work outdoors as required
• Basic computer literacy
