Tasks Formatting various documents, mainly financial statements (training provided). Communicating with clients, either through calls or emails. Offering active and empathetic listening to clients, being sensitive to their needs. Proactively resolving problems. Daily follow-ups with clients. Efficiently managing a client space (training provided). Handling correspondence and dispatching documents. Making purchases and organizing various aspects for the office, as well as communicating with suppliers. Participating in various company projects and the implementation of new projects. Job requirements Diploma in secretarial studies or office automation, DEC/DEP, or other relevant and related training. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related position. Excellent level of spoken and written French. Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word and Outlook essential), and advanced knowledge of Excel (an asset). Advanced knowledge of the Adobe suite, Acrobat. Desired profile Autonomy and strong computer skills. Ability to offer excellent personalized customer service. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes. Teamwork skills and ability to work with other assistants. Strong organizational and initiative-taking skills, with keen attention to detail. Communication skills and interpersonal abilities, diplomacy, and discretion.
