The individuals who are passionate about the industry must be committed to excellent client service, and bring a proven ability to work with estimates.  Candidates who excel in this role must have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience, be a proficient user of the estimating software: Mitchel Connect or Audatex with outstanding administration, logistical, and organizational skills. Knowledge of the Vehicle Shop Management, best practices and car service standards are vital to success in this role.  COMPENSATION - $55,000 - $68,000/year, plus monthly bonuses - A company-provided vehicle - Extended health benefits: Health, Dental, Vision - RRSP - Allowance for professional development or certified training SCHEDULE   Day shift; Monday to Friday; 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.  Flexibility to accommodate overtime and infrequent travel within the province. QUALIFICATIONS ·        Assist the shop manager and provide administrative support ·        Prepare estimates utilizing Mitchell Connect and/or Audatex ·        Provide customer service, manage clients’ inquiries, and resolve complaints ·        Ensure quality control and perform follow-ups as necessary ·        Manage ordering of parts and coordinating logistics with suppliers and vendors ·        Manage staff schedules, maintain employee attendance records ·        Oversee and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies ·        Monitor cash and cheque transactions ·        Prepare reports and provide statistical information ·        Current Class 5 Driver’s License and a Clean Abstract  Requirements An Estimator - Parts Specialist is needed at a busy Collision Center in North Vancouver to help their modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment & tools, while nurturing supportive and collaborative teamwork.
