Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Culture and Recreation, The IntelliManager (Intelli) System Coordinator is responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Intelli program as it relates to the end users in the City of Fort Saskatchewan. The work supports the front-end experience of all City departments that utilize the Intelli system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Responsible for system and data clean up and reporting improvements.•Lead on development of staff supports.•Provide leadership, direction, training and evaluation of Intelli users’ skills and procedure adherence. This includes evaluations, coaching on use of Intelli business rules and giving ongoing feedback weekly and through the training, implementation audit evaluation periods.•Lead development of training and evaluating materials. •Support Intelli users including with coordinated efforts with IT, as needed.•Provide on system orientation for new and current users on potential system upgrades.•Monitor and review Intelli program and service setup, including seasonal changes •Prepares business rule documentation, as required. •Improving reporting by developing consistent reporting templates, naming conventions, and better alignment of data to fees and charges. •Evaluate training program, procedures, and implementation effectiveness; and making adjustments as needed, recommends changes and executes management decisions. Qualifications The successful candidate will have a certificate in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Recreation/Sport Management. Change Management and Project Management certifications are considered assets along with experience working in a recreation/cultural, municipality setting. Experience and knowledge of the Intelli program and web-based programs is required. A minimum of 3 years of related experience with exceptional research and analysis skills is required. The incumbent will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and to lead a collaborative team.
