Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented, marketing coordinator looking to work in the West Island? Our client, a market leader distribution is looking for someone to join their Dorval location. We are looking for a detail-oriented meticulous individual with strong organizational skills to join our a full-time, permanent basis. Advantages Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM -Permanent position -Competitive Salary based on experience -Group insurance plan paid 50% by the company (after 3 month probationary period) -3 weeks vacation - 4 sick days Responsibilities As a Marketing Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to: - Assist with the implementation of new and existing products (diagram creation, identification #, pictures, pricing) - Prepare layouts, business cards, flyer nameplates, labels, and banners for all necessary products -Generate and manage internal and external communication - Define, select and coordinate various promotional materials between the marketing department, sales representatives and customers. - Help with events planning - Ad hoc duties as requested Qualifications Requirements: - Post-secondary education in marketing, business administration or equivalent - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, social media skills - Basic graphic design background considered a strong asset - Bilingual( English and French) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Highly organized, good initiative and detail oriented If interested in this position or know someone who would be a good fit for this position.
