Production Associate- 2nd Shift - Cambridge/ayr

$1500 Sign-on Bonus! : $500 at six weeks and $1000 at six months of employment

Schedule : Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm-4:30 am

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner.
  • Not allowed to lift more than 50 lbs without assistance
  • Work in areas or departments as assigned.
  • Basic machine operation, sawing, drilling, deburring and lagging.

Qualifications :

  • Requires average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English, and complete simple logs and reports in English
  • Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/16th
  • Foundation in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Prior experience operating a forklift is preferred
  • Must be physically able to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning products
  • Must be able to consistently stand for the entire shift
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Be willing to learn hydraulic machine presses.
