Are you an Administrator who's interested in event planning? Agilus is recruiting for an Office Coordinator in the event management industry in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Our wonderful client is looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team in North Vancouver. They’ve worked with organizations like Microsoft, Coca Cola and Starbucks! This is a full time, permanent role with a focus on event planning. In this role you will be coordinating and planning events, along with providing client and team administrative support. We are looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys event planning and is a team player! Responsibilities: Event planning including booking venue, invoicing contractors, event supply ordering etc. Set up meetings, book travel, keep office organized Communicate with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met Support various teams as needed Successful candidates will have: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience Working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills Positive attitude and a team player What's in it for you: $50000.00 pour annee Benefits and starting two weeks vacation Regular office hours, Monday to Friday Work with a fun and dynamic organization!
