YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Producing 3D models and drawings using Revit.
- Developing templates, families, and other BIM resources specific to the company’s needs.
- Reviewing 3D models from consultants and contractors.
- Managing and updating BIM project documents.
- Completing data extraction from models for quantities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Aided Design and Drafting Diploma from a polytechnic institution (BCIT, Kwantlen, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years in a drawing production position using Revit is preferred.
- Experience with Dynamo programming will be an asset.
- Proficiency using AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of the electrical engineering and construction industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
COMPENSATION: $80k-90k base - Flexible depending on more senior experience.
