JOB TITLE: SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR

Job Type: Full Time 40 Hours Per Week. Dynamic Office Environment. 

Reporting To: VP of Sales & Marketing

Collaboration With: Sales, External Customers, Operations, R&D

Work Location: On Premise (not remote). #601 - 19055 Airport Way, Pitt Meadows, BC

Qualifications include:

· Strong customer service skills with a minimum of 3 years of related experience

· Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

· A related post-secondary degree OR equivalent work experience in lieu of education

· Ability to handle a high volume of detailed work with a high level of accuracy. 

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

· Numerical aptitude is a plus with particular emphasis on weights and measures. 

· Proficient in using customer service software such as CRM and ERP systems.

· Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations. 

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 

· Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service and support. 

· Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting members of the sales team and related sales initiatives with direct customer interaction. Specific duties include:

· Provide primary support for senior sales team

· Review, clarify, and process incoming customer orders

· Collaborate with sales team and customers to update regular sales forecasting

· Provide helpful, timely, and informative responses to customer enquiries

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues

· Maintain customer information databases and update/review as needed

· Co-ordinate with Production and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and troubleshoot related issues as needed

Remuneration

· Salary of $55-$65k depending on experience
