Check us out at This person is responsible for supporting the Service Center Manager by providing hands-on support in inventory and administration of equipment repairs for both our external and internal customers. This position helps ensure our competitive advantage and is critical to the company by providing the highest level of customer service to ensure smooth and efficient flow of customer repairs.RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouseAssist with documentation for receipt of equipment in the Service CenterHandle in-person inquiries from customers as neededAssist with regular maintenance of the Service Center to provide a clean, orderly and safe work environmentMay be responsible for creating and completing sales order/invoicing process as neededHandle shipping & receiving with FedEx/UPS/FreightOperating forklift to load and unload carriersOrganize and clean warehouse as neededInventory duties to include cycle counting, stocking inventory, and pulling, packing and shipping ordersResponsible for assisting with the physical unloading and moving of equipment to and frocustomerAdministrative SupportResponsible for determining inventory needs and processing replenishment orders for each service center dailyAnswer and respond to customer and sales phone calls regarding repair status and service of equipment as neededHandles Credit Card processing for customers as neededResponsible for writing sales orders for repairsProvides Customer Service support by phone periodicallyProcesses quotes for repairs, provides quote to customer and follows up on approvals and escalates to sales team as neededEnters and processes ROs for inventory replenishment at each service centerProcess adjustments to correct inventory and other transactionsCRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Working knowledge of ERP systems (AS400, PRMS, JDE preferred), Excel and WordBasic product knowledgeStrong knowledge of repair process proceduresBasic knowledge of inventory processesForklift certificationEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEAt least 1 year previous experience working within a customer service role and previous experience with inventoryHigh School degree or equivalent requiredWe offer:Competitive base salary and commissionSTD / LTDLife InsuranceRRSP / DPSPBenefits package including medical, dental and vision (Canada Life)Husqvarna is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to providing equal opportunity in all of our employment practices, including selection, hiring, assignment, re-assignment, promotion, transfer, compensation, discipline and termination.
