Compensation: $60,+* /year (full-time / permanent)*Salary compensation is based on project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. If you hate the idea of being in one place all day, you’ll love going to different job sites while having the stability of a local branch office.Project Managers are responsible for: Working with Insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.Quality control of all aspects of the job.The job, you own it, it’s essentially a reflection of you at the end of the day.Superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.Assessing damage and determining the scope of work needed.Managing and Directing Restoration Staff in a supportive team environment during: Disaster remediation efforts (ex. water damage, fire & smoke damage, weather damage)Cleaning & packingRebuildingProject completion What you bring: 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry.Experience with XactimateA passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communicationBe self-motivated and goal orientedOpen to working after hours and on weekendsProblem solving and priority management skills.Computer skills, you’ll be working in an MS Office environment.Valid driver’s license & clean drivers abstractClean criminal record Other things that will help you get the most out of this opportunity: You find enjoyment working in a fast-paced and changing environment.You have an ongoing commitment to self-developmentYou’re willing (but not required) to travel within Canada to support cross-region Teammates.
