Responsibilities:
Embark on assigned tasks with autonomy and initiative, guiding the avionics team's priorities when needed.
Juggle multiple projects with agility and a sense of urgency, ensuring that timelines are met.
Maintain a high standard of work in compliance with quality standards, policies, procedures, and relevant regulations (Transport Canada, FAA, etc.).
Forge a close collaboration with the aircraft team lead to keep projects on track.
Ensure that all aircraft documentation is thorough and meets both company and customer standards.

Champion the safety management system, actively proposing enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in operating avionic test equipment and tools.
Well-versed in interpreting wiring schematics, diagrams, and other aircraft engineering documentation. Capable of identifying and rectifying discrepancies (RFE) in collaboration with the engineering team.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Thrive in a dynamic work setting.
Strong adaptability, organizational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail.
Willingness to travel internationally.
