Position: Office Clerk - Purchasing administrative support Location: St-Eustache Type of employment: Temporary for a few months, until the end of the year Salary: $ 22 to $ 24 per hour - 32hours a week, 4 days a week Do you have experience in purchasing and supply department? We are currently looking for a candidate for a temporary mandate until the end of the year. Advantages - Remote work after completing the training - Salary up to 24$ per hour based on the experience - 32 hours a week, 4 days a week - 9 to 5 Responsibilities - Place PO - Ensure that Vendor confirmations are received and request them if not validate the delivery date from the order confirmation and address the discrepancies with the Sourcing team - Make any necessary date changes in Oracle - Before shipment confirm with vendor that delivery date is on track and address - Vendor creation process, request changes and validate that the data is correct in Oracle before releasing vendor/changes - Item creation request, item min/max changes - Invoice issues in AP dashboard (Missing receiving, Price mismatch, No PO, Missing fund on PO, Missing item) - Ensures that AP dashboard is clean (no invoices over 15 days unaddressed from Budapest AP team) -Be primary contact with team in Budapest - Address the vendor French emails Qualifications -Experience in a purchasing department - Experience with Oracle (considered a plus) - Bilingual - Resourceful, comfortable with IT, understands invoicing and order receipt Summary Send us your CV without delay, start quickly! stephanie.croteau@randstad.ca elyse.charlebois@randstad.ca Looking forward to discussing with you !
