As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience and a positive work environment for the team. You will champion Urban Barn values through promoting respect, honesty, and fairness among our store teams through inspiring, encouraging, and coaching our people to be their best.
