Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Supervise other workers Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Support for persons with disabilities Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities Support for newcomers and refugees Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees Support for youths Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Support for Veterans Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Veterans Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Support for mature workers Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers Supports for visible minorities Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
