Role Description:
Prestige Laser Studio is seeking a skilled Laser Technician to join our team in Burnaby, BC. In this versatile role, you will provide personalized laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation treatments, and other advanced laser treatments. As a Laser Technician, you'll collaborate closely with medical aestheticians and laser experts to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
-In addition to your primary duties, you will also handle front desk tasks, such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, consultations, and providing excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our social media presence and other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Laser Technician.
- Strong knowledge of laser technologies and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Certification in laser hair removal and medical-grade treatments; other relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced laser treatments according to clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with medical aestheticians to ensure personalized care for patients.
- Manage front desk tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phones.
- Contribute to the clinic's social media presence and marketing efforts.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the clinic's operations.
