We are a fast-growing company and currently seeking a  Dispatcher to join our team Hours:  Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Salary:  Based on experience Requirements: Experience in the Transportation Industry Excellent computer skills TruckMate Experience is an asset but not required Strong customer service skills with a passion for problem-solving Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, and owner-operators Attention to detail and accuracy while multi-tasking Positive attitude, and motivation to learn Clean Criminal Search Responsibilities: Ensure all trucks are loaded, processed and dispatched in a timely manner Dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads Communicate with drivers about upcoming schedules Respond to customer calls quickly and efficiently Maintain high compliance with dispatch standards and operating procedures Scheduling of equipment for preventative maintenance Assist drivers with any arising issues or questions Work closely with operations colleagues to ensure quality of service We offer: Competitive Salary Company paid Retirement (pension) Plan Company paid Health & Dental benefits from day one Company paid and supplied iPhone An opportunity to advance your career in the industry, dealing with many segments Grace Transport is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to employment equity.
