Job Overview

Duties :

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Coordinate and supervise staff members across various departments
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial activities and assist in budget planning
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other managers to optimize business performance
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal setting

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or retail industry

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
