We will develop your skills and certifications with our excellent training & opportunity for advancementRegular shifts and overtime opportunityPrimary Responsibilities:Install, balance, and rotate passenger, light truck, medium truck and commercial tires and wheels Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience StandardsThe responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safeMaintain tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basisComplete specialty tire work, which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc.Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory countsPride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field!Working conditions:A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewardedPhysically demanding role with consistent, hard work all dayConsistent lifting of weights of approximately 55lbs is requiredThis work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc and we need someone who will be up for the challengeThis role requires nearly constant standing, crouching or kneelingQualifications:We are looking for someone with previous commercial tire experience, at least 1 year preferredA valid driver's license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstractExcellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential
