Reporting to the AVP, Enterprise Applications, the nCino & Salesforce Administrator is responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the nCino platform. This role will work with key stakeholders to provide continuous improvement to both nCino and Salesforce platforms while aligning with Coastal’s strategic vision. This role will work with business partners to create opportunities and efficiencies utilizing this technology and workflows and is the advanced subject matter expert for the support team.This opportunity offers the ability to work remotely from anywhere in British Columbia. Preference for candidates based on Vancouver Island. Your duties will include: Systems Management Serve as primary system administrator for nCino application.Analyzes information from system, application, and user reports to determine the health of the nCino system.Develops nCino system management documentation, schedules, reports, solutions, and job aids.Manages administrative functions including account maintenance, creating reports, dashboards and workflows,System configuration, writing formulas and rules and completing other related routine tasks. Systems Maintenance Assess, test, and implement new releases of nCino and Salesforce including a change management and communication plan.Applies nCino system and application updates, patches, and configuration changes.Maintain up to date data for systems, user accounts, profiles, properties, user licenses, personnel changes, and user access provisioning/de-provisioning. Systems Development Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to determine business functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.Recommends solution for new features and functionality using nCino and Salesforce best practices.Develops customized solutions within nCino platform. Solutions Support Acts as advanced nCino support for the support team.Works with and influences external software vendors and providers to develop products that meet identified objectives What are we looking for? College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related technical certifications and/or 3 years equivalent work experienceSalesforce Administration experience: 3+ yearsnCino Administration experience: 3+ yearnCino Administrator Certification or working towards itSalesforce Administrator certification requiredCommercial lending experience an assetFinancial services experience an assetExperience in Agile and Scrum product development methodologiesLoans Origination System Administration experience is an assetA minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Windows environmentKnowledge of banking and insurance operations, end-user procedures and workflow, security and risk requirementsStrong knowledge of System Operating principles, design, and componentsProficiency in Microsoft suite of products Who are we?
