Job Title: Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of lawn care professionals in maintaining and enhancing various landscapes, lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
• Oversee the scheduling and assignment of work to crew members, ensuring that each task is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor crew performance, providing guidance and feedback to ensure that all work meets quality standards.
• Perform routine lawn maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in good working order.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide updates on the progress of lawn care services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in lawn maintenance or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of professionals.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, including mowing, trimming, fertilization, and pest control.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer

Salary : $18.00-$22.00 per hour
