Responsibilities:Managing all work activities relating to the sales processIdentifying and implementing best practices based on our Corporate ValuesActively recruiting, onboarding, retaining, and developing talent while holding sales reps accountable for results. Managing all employee contracts.Resolving sales rep escalated issues; identify/triage issues; track and identify trends.Tracking sales activity and ensuring follow-ups through to signing off on all new training contractsSetting, tracking and monitoring metrics; Takes ownership of KPI’s and trends in order to achieve objectives.Influencing management on decisions related to departmental and functional priorities, schedules, and plans.Ensuring that processes and plans are integrated with broader business unit strategies.Growing the clients training groups across North America within the next 3 yearsCoordinating with marketing department on sales funnels, CRM lead follow up and key messaging.Working with the client services team to plan social gatherings, events, and quarterly trips. Qualifications: High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, and influence change.Ability to onboard a minimum of 150 new Realtor clients between Q2 and Q4 2024Proven track record of strong relationship management experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong process skills and attention to detailDisplay ability with a willingness to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease.Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value. Cold-calling experience required.Ability to lead as 90% of responsibilities are to be performed with minimal supervision.Ensure the values are consistently represented, ensuring a stellar customer experience each and every time. Preferred Attributes or Qualifications 7-10 years of directly related experience5+ years’ demonstrated experience in a senior management role.Demonstrated success establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships at the Senior Management level.
