Your Impact at CNIB Identify talent gaps and execute strategies in partnership with People and Culture Partners to address them through various development programs and initiatives. Lead the research, recommendation, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of accessible and inclusive training solutions to address development gaps. Analyze data and metrics to measure effectiveness of talent development programs and make data driven recommendations for improvement. Develop and identify accessible learning and development programs that cater to diverse employee needs and promote inclusivity. Source internal and external subject matter experts to curate the development and delivery of learning content. Create curricula and learning journeys that are outside of traditional solutions to ensure they align with client needs. Requirements Who you are: Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in learning and development, talent development, succession planning and project management. Proven experience creating and facilitating talent management programs designed to meet the needs of employees at various levels. Curriculum development experience with the ability to create content designed to meet the needs of employees at various levels. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Experience and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate, collaborate and influence all employees across the organization. Strong understanding of accessibility principles in the context of learning and development. Experience with project management and budgeting skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the principles of organizational development and adult learning and education. Personal or professional experience relating to blindness and sight loss is considered an asset. Personal or professional experience working with assistive technology and/or accessible environments is considered an asset.
