Operators

T BELL TRANSPORT INC. has immediate full-time openings for loader, grader, rock truck, shovel and grinder operators based at our Northern Ontario location.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment ex. Dozer, Loader, Excavator, Packer and Grader
• Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
• Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
• Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work with mínimal supervision

Qualifications :

• Minimum one-years of heavy civil experience is preferred
• Experience in road construction/ subgrade
• Must have and maintain a valid class 5 driver's license

Work Conditions :

• Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
