Your role will be hands-on, involving physical inventory management and coordination across departments for project equipment. Reporting to a supportive manager, you'll work closely with two logistics coordinators to ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Coordinate the organization and appropriate transportation of reused material - Optimize the use of material and verify the content and arrangement of kits - Oversee the efficient movement and distribution of material on the production line - Ensure timely availability and delivery of material to support efficient production operations - Actively participate in continuous improvement activities related to materials and the warehouse - Support and promote the application of 5S principles in the designated area of activity - Check and control the content and arrangement of kits on the production line - Be responsible for the proper storage of materials in the yard What you need: - Bilingual to communicate with clients and colleagues in other Canadian provinces - Experience in inventory management, database management or procurement - Be very comfortable with technology (Oracle or other ERP) - Advanced intermediate level in Excel To apply,
