We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Abbotsford, BC Dealership as Service Advisor. This is a Full-Time, Regular position. Hourly rate is $ - The primary focus of the Service Advisor is customer service. The Service Advisor is held accountable to ensuring all customers are treated with respect and integrity, ensuring a smooth book-in process by under promising and over delivering. If the location does not have a Service Manager, the Service Advisor will report directly to the General Manager.The Service Advisor is responsible for listening to customer concerns and requests and working with the RV Service Technicians to ensure everything necessary is done to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations.
