Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor Under the general direction of the Manager of Facilities, the Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor will plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance activities to achieve the highest level of quality, safety, and effectiveness to minimize maintenance energy costs. The Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor is responsible for the operation of HVAC systems, heating control systems (pneumatic, electronic, and digital), plumbing systems and electrical systems. This role requires an in-depth understanding of rules and regulations related to mechanical and electrical systems and assumes primary responsibility for meeting all legislated and other requirements. Initial placement within the range is based on related education and experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package and pension.
