We are looking for :
- Diploma in Early Child Education, Child Youth Worker or Social Work
- Registered with the College of ECE
- Documentation in accordance with MOE licensing requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with parents, community members
- Mature and responsible attitude towards work
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Your duties and responsibilities : What this position has to offer
- Plan, carry and assess developmentally appropriate activities and experiences in harmony with the Centre’s philopshy
- Encourage problem-solving and assist children to practice self-help daily and provide an opportunity for child directed experience
- Using variety of teaching techniques including modelling, observing, questioning, demonstrating and reinforcing
- House cleaning duties and ability to life 25 lbs.
- Report and all accidents, injuries, and illnesses to the Management team and record such incidents in the daily logbook and as a serious occurrence if necessary
