Job Summary/Responsibilities: Use exceptional sales skills to provide excellent customer service to an existing client base. Respond to inquiries over the counter, and by telephone, email and fax. Promote product lines sold by Nova-Pro Industrial Supply. Prepare responses to tenders. Purchase and maintain inventory using an ERP system. Meet or exceed established sales goals. Constantly expand and improve product knowledge in a broad range of industrial supplies. Provide relief to warehouse staff when required As the successful candidate, you will have: A valid Canadian driver’s license The ability to work well with a team and meet new challenges Customer service orientation.
