Is responsible for strategic accounts that require additional operational focus/attention. Act as a liaison between the Sales team, suppliers, and customers. Administrative support: Responsible for all order entry in SAP. Responsible for sending SO’s and PO’s. Responsible for New item master data creation submissions. Responsible for issuing and sending Credit and Debit notes. Keep internal records updated. Operational support: Oversee the entire process from the time a sale is made, until final delivery. Monitor customer shipments via reports, and external platforms. Send customer schedules and regular updates. Coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries in full. Troubleshoot all customer questions, concerns or complaints, and involve necessary parties. Build and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
