Dealership:L0238 Driveway Finance CorporationDFC Loan Services Administrator IIThe DFC Loan Services Administrator II will demonstrate proficiency of functions relating to Loan Services Administration provide support to team members and management. The DFC Loan Services Administrator II reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor.Location: Tigard, OR or Medford, ORCompensation Range: $21/hr - $24/hrResponsibilitiesMatch ACH and card payment batches to daily bank deposits and post to General LedgerComplete a monthly bank account reconciliation and prepare unclaimed property formsPost Inter-company payoffs in loan management system trackApply 3rd party and product cancellations in loan management systemPost settlement transactions in loan management system and post to General LedgerPerform a daily cash transfer preparation and submit for reviewApply account adjustments such as due date changes and deferrals in loan management systemReview loans with credit balances and submit check requests to Corporate APAssist with Loan management system campaigns for loan close out processWorking knowledge of DFC Loan Services responsibilities and prioritiesOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications1-2 years of prior accounting function experience is preferred (journal entries and adjustments)Prior knowledge of General Ledger accounts is preferredStrong attention to detail with accuracySense of urgencyExcellent communicationPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, loan management and accounting systems, etc.)Accounting knowledge – knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferredCompetenciesDoes the right thing, takes action and adapts to changeSelf-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows throughBelieves in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve resultsThrives on a team, stays positive, lives our valuesPhysical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.*Up to 1/3 of time: standing, walking, lifting up to 25 poundsUp to 2/3 of time: sitting, kneeling, reaching, talking, hearingNOTE: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, or working conditions associated with the job.
