Marketing Manager

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, one of the top developer-builders in BC.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans for all residential projects and communities, as well as, work with the senior management team on overall brand management and positioning. This position comes with a competition salary and comprehensive compensation package, along with opportunities to be involved with some of the biggest projects in residential real estate in BC.Responsibilities:Liaise and manage new project “positioning statement” and overall marketing platformFacilitate, execute, and manage all project marketing variable and fixed budgetsBe involved in the programming and co-ordination of the sales and marketing presentation centre and show homesInitiate and administer company focus groups required in new project market research and on-going project researchCreate “Case Study” marketing overviews for all new projectsExplore and brainstorm new product development initiatives and provide competitive product updatesCollaborate and execute on marketing strategies and communicationDelivery of marketing materials for residential sitesExecute all realtor, preview, and prospect events and promotionsManage online, website and social marketing presenceCreate and distribute weekly media schedule updates and report to the sales team and division team personnelEffectively manage the Sales and Marketing budgetCreate and distribute sales and marketing metrics/reports for project and corporate related initiativesManage Homebuyer Survey Reports and distribute results to the division management team on a quarterly basisLiaise and manage outside marketing consultants and agenciesCollaborate and execute detailed briefing and co-ordination of creative agencies, team members and suppliers to ensure effective and on-budget/time deliveryRequirements:An applicable degree or diploma and equivalent experience specific to real estate marketingMinimum of 3+ years of experience in related real estate marketing and project management experiencesRelated marketing and brand positioning strategy experience.
