We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. The Online Assistant will be an integral part of our remote work environment, assisting with a variety of tasks to help our team stay organized and productive.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize virtual calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and updated accordingly
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, including sending out calendar invites and necessary materials
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of virtual documents and presentations
  • Handle and filter incoming emails, responding or forwarding to the appropriate individuals as required
  • Conduct online research on various topics and provide summarized findings to support decision-making
  • Maintain and update online databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Provide general administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and organizing virtual files
