Job Purpose : Bread Bar Cooks are responsible for the preparation and transformation of taking quality ingredients and turning them into delicious, high-quality dishes. They display a passion for the culinary arts, cooking with conviction and offering our guests thoughtful and genuine hospitality through our food.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Good knife skills
  • Frier & pan skills - ability to multi-task
  • Time management and strong communication - role requires collaboration with all food stations
  • Understanding of professional kitchen systems.
  • Follow direction and complete tasks in a timely manner, as well as accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the restaurant.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
  • Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization practices, including maintaining workstation in an orderly manner.

What we would like you to bring to the table :

  • Food Handler Certification
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is considered an asset.
  • Strong work ethic - hard working and reliable.
  • Organization and a strong focus and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work cohesively as a part of a team

Experience :

  • Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
