Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will oversee and manage paving projects, set correct grade for water flow and operate the paver.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise construction activities to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications and safety
- Lead the team in asphalt paving according to plans
- Set grade using skid steer for water flow
- Operate the paver
Requirements :
- Experience in construction management
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Experience setting grade and operating a paver
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
