DescriptionLAC requires Records Management Clerks to start approximately April 11 2016 (flexible) to March 10, 2017. Duties ·Arranging and coordinating sources of information, preparing and printing lists of material to be sorted ·Arranging and coordinating sources of information, preparing and printing lists of material to be sorted ·Using electronic support systems ·Researching internal and external sources to resolve difficult problems in processing or conformance ·Applying quality control guidelines to verify compliance ·Update and maintain tracking or reporting tools ·Assisting in report preparation and projects requiring analytical skills ·Consult with Project Coordinators / Managers as needed ·Report daily performance activities with provided tools ·Lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds each, on a daily basis Qualifications Education: Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing records management services is required
