This is an hourly position reporting to the Branch Manager. This position works very closely with both our customers and our employees, focusing on the safe execution of the day-to-day crane business.CRANE & RIGGING SUPERVISOR Coquitlam, BCResponsibilities: Leading Toolbox Talks and Safety Meetings.Completing Operator Competency Reports and Site Observations.Scaling, sizing, and effectively bidding jobs.Review and approval of customer work methods.On-site lift supervision.Supporting dispatch.Sales contacts with customers.Qualifications & Skills:Journeyman with BC Certificate of Qualification and Red Seal Endorsement for mobile crane operation is preferred.Previous supervision experience would be considered an asset.Candidates with experience in the construction market and/or crane industry will be given priority.Valid Class 5 Drivers License; Class 1 Drivers License considered an asset.Proven record of building relationships with customers and excellent communication skills.Self-starter able to work on their own, as well as in a team environment.The successful candidate will be required to be in good standing with IUOE 115 or become member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 115.IMPORTANT:If you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume to the Branch Manager directly or visit Marmon Careers.
