Position Summary : John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC is looking for a reliable and customer friendly part-time Receptionist for our New Hamburg dealership. This position will work Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 7pm and Saturday's 9am to 5pm (20 hours per week).
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Answering a multi-line switchboard.
- Greeting customers in a polite manner as they enter the building and directing them to the proper areas of the dealership.
- Assisting Sales Managers and sales staff with basic office administration.
- Making sure office equipment is running properly (copiers have toner and paper).
- Closing out of Moneris VISA machines at the end of your shift.
- Sorting and filing service repair orders and Parts customer invoices.
Qualifications :
- Highschool Diploma
- Administrative Assistant and/or Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service experience
