Night Auditor

The Grande Cache Inn & Suites is looking for a new Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Audit position is responsible for ensuring all transactions are balanced for the day and completing necessary spreadsheets for accounting. This position handles all guest service and front desk duties.

Qualifications :

• Previous hotel or customer service experience
• Exceptional people skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Minimum education of High School Diploma
• Excellent computer and technical skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Welcoming guests to our hotel and provide the best check in experience possible.
• Promoting and selling guests rooms over the phone when making reservations or through personal contact.
• Balancing daily transactions.
• Working closely with housekeeping and the sales department in providing an outstanding service to our guests.
• Monitoring room reservations and inventory online and at the hotel level.
• Completing night audit - balancing all transactions for the day
• Handling phone enquiries

• Good PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of WebRezPro is preferred, but not necessary.
