Job Brief

A busy Vancouver Realtor is seeking a Personal Assistant to help with various day to day duties and to manage

and marketing duties. You will report directly to owner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administrative

  • Oversee all aspects of the administration of the agent’s business
  • Create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generationtracking, lead follow-up & all office administration.
  • Prepare all listing materials all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
  • Consult & coordinate with sellers on property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, access & marketing activities
  • Coordinate showings & obtain feedback
  • Consult & Co-ordinate the preparation of all listings, open house flyers, graphics, signage and other marketing materials
  • Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed
  • Manage client database management program & system
  • Create & regularly prepare all buyer & seller consultation packages
  • Manage, track and record expense receipts

Marketing

  • Manage & update agent website(s), blog(s) and online listings
  • Manage & enhance agent’s social media presence
  • Coordinate client and vendor appreciation events
  • Regularly obtain testimonials for website and other marketing materials.

  • Be enrolled in/have successfully completed recognised marketing courses.

This is a part-time contract position initially, starting at 15 hours per week. It will be necessary to start onsite

but can be partly off-site once familiar with the business and the procedures. Weekends will be necessary on occasion.

There are some duties that will always need to be done on-site due to the nature of the business.

Immediate start. Pay commensurate with experience. Potential for growth.

Our Brokerage is Stilhavn which is where our offices are located, at Main Street and East 5th Avenue in Vancouver.

Salary : $20.00-$30.31 per hour
