This dedicated HR team needs some help in Talent Acquisition because of extensive hiring.We’re seeking a dynamic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a dedicated HR team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and support the recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment. From drafting job postings, in English & French, to coordinating interviews, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to the organization. Responsibilities include: Manage job requests and approvals through HRIS Craft bilingual job descriptions and post them on various platforms Assist in creating job offers and managing related paperwork Maintain applicant databases and recruitment tools Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth applicant experience Prepare reports on recruitment KPIs for management Facilitate the onboarding process, including paperwork and training schedules Provide administrative support to the student coop program, including attending career fairs, navigating through resumes, and attending eventsThe ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment and thrives in a busy environment. Fluency in both English & French is essential, along with strong communication skills. With at least one year of post-graduation experience in HR, you will have a solid foundation in HR processes and systems. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment are a must.
