Our client, which operates across Canada, is currently looking for accounting clerks to support its team. Position: Accounting Clerk Type: Permanent Languages: French and English Salary: 40 to 52 K annually (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday to Friday/ 37.5 hours per week Languages: Fluent in French and English Work mode: Hybrid (3 days a week on site) Location: Montreal West Island (Beaconsfield) If you have the profile we're looking for, apply now or send your CV to serge.langevin@randstad.ca Advantages Hybrid mode Opportunity for advancement Accessible office in Beaconsfield Superb benefits package Hybrid work week with 2 teleworking days after training Responsibilities Maintain good customer contact with contacting branches Balance daily cash reports Reconcile credit cards Obtain all necessary documentation for reporting purposes Assist in the preparation of financial statements as required Assist in the preparation of various accounting and operational documents. Accounting analysis and management of the accounting cycle Track reimbursement of employee expense accounts and corporate credit cards Match purchase orders and invoices with delivery notes (3 way match) Participate in the rest of the accounting cycle as required. Qualifications Minimum DEP in accounting. 1-3 years' relevant experience in a similar position. Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken, with good communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Ability to accomplish tasks in a methodical, rigorous, organized and efficient manner. Be proactive and demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy, perseverance and flexibility. Demonstrate integrity, discretion and a sense of ethics.
