Position Overview:

Canada Cloud Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to support our online operations in a customer service representative role. This role combines the reliability of traditional pharmacy services with the efficiency and accessibility of modern technology, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to healthcare delivery in a dynamic, digital environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, basic Rx literacy, pharmacy practice experience proficiency in computer use and digital platforms, and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage online orders for prescription and over-the-counter medications, ensuring all legal requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Utilize advanced online tools for customer management, order tracking, and inventory control.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, chat, or phone to assist with their orders, clarify prescriptions, and resolve issues.
  • Participate in the documentation and uploading of prescriptions using secure online systems.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to create personalized medication plans for customers, tailored to their specific needs and health conditions.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year as a pharmacy assistant; experience in online customer service within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital pharmacy practices and comfortable navigating online pharmacy platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including privacy laws and best practices in medication handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
