Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary focal point for production operation regarding engineering related issues Provides engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore serviceable status, including assisting with interpretation of the aircraft manufacturer’s repair manuals, drawings, and other repair instructions Responds to requests from maintenance when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems Researches and develops repair proposals for structural defects, corrosion, or service damage and liaise with the aircraft manufacturer during the submission and review for concurrence as required Required Skills: Bachelors or Post-secondary education in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Aerospace Engineering Liaison Engineering experience in the aviation industry preferred.
