OSI Group is expanding and we’re looking for a Practice Advisor to join our dynamic team in Ontario.

What are we looking for?

The Practice Advisor provides support and business coaching to optometry clinic owners and eyecare professionals to help them reach their goals. Our practice advisors also promote the benefits of being independent practice owners and part of the OSI community.

The practice advisor report to the National Business Development Director

You are the right candidate for this role if you:

  • Engage confidently with professionals to coach them in successfully developing and implementing business plan.
  • Provide in-clinic and online training using the OSI training material;
  • Recruit new members and promote OSI services to existing members;
  • Maintain a high satisfaction level and encourage members loyalty;
  • Participate to the various events and activities with members;

What are the skills to perform this exciting role?

  • Opticianry education and experience in managing an eyecare practice
  • Training and coaching experience
  • Ability to establish trusted relationship with customers
  • Good business sense and professionalism
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Can-do, solution-oriented attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
  • This role requires a car and a valid driver’s licence are necessary.

Schedule: 40 hours, Monday to Friday

Location : Ontario ( GTA or Western Ontario)
